Code Of Conduct
By entering the Forum area of this website you agree to abide by the Terms of Use which we set out below as a Code of Conduct. If you breach the Terms you may be refused access for the future and we may immediately terminate your access and/or delete postings/content without notice. In addition to abiding by this Code of Conduct, you must of course, adhere to all relevant laws.
The Performance Partnership Limited, its agents and employees ("Performance Partnership") are not responsible for content in the Forum/Online discussion. Although we may from time to time monitor or review discussions, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the site, we are under no obligation to do so. No liability shall attach to us in respect of any claim arising from the use of or the content of the Forum nor for inability of anyone to access the Forum nor from any error, omission, defamation, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, or inaccuracy contained in the Forum or arising therefrom, nor from any virus or spam originated by the site or users.
We do not screen, backup, or restore user-created material. It is your responsibility to protect your computer against interference or viruses that may be encountered in the Forum. We suggest that you install and run up to date anti-virus software on your computer.
You must not imply or indicate that you are an officer or employee of Performance Partnership nor that you are authorised by Performance Partnership for any purpose.
The Forum is designed for non-commercial, individual [adult] members. Please treat all other online participants with respect and do not use the Forum to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse other users.
We have the right to remove content that advocates or encourages expressions of violence, bigotry, racism, hatred, obscenity, or profanity.
Do not use the Forum to send spam to others. Spam includes sending unsolicited mail to multiple users, and includes misrepresenting the source of postings. Spamming and scrolling in the Forum are serious violations of our Code of Conduct.
The Forum must not be used for behaviour or content related to illegal activities - you must not post, or disseminate defamatory, obscene, or other unlawful material or writing, including but not limited to, pornography, incitement to hatred, harassment, illegal drugs, and copyright piracy.

You are forbidden to post or promote any materials that could damage or disrupt another computer or that could allow others unauthorised access to software or websites.
You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive in the Forum. It is for you to evaluate such advice and information - it could be from people of any age and experience. [If you decide to conduct transactions based on advice or information in the Forum it is your responsibility and you should carry out thorough research before doing so.]
When in the Forum you should not give out any personal information which may enable you to be identified (such as credit card number, address, telephone number, passwords). We cannot be held responsible for any consequences of you giving out such information.
