Who should attend Coaching Skills for NLP'ers?
As this is an advanced training seminar you will need to have been certified at the level of NLP Practitioner or above. This training programme is designed to be of benefit to those who are new to coaching as well as providing new perspectives for the experienced coach. The methodologies may be used either in a formal coaching setting or in a more covert, on-the-job setting. Coaching Skills for NLP'ers is equally as applicable for those employed within an organization as operating, or hoping to operate, their own coaching company.
Who will be the lead trainer on Coaching Skills for NLP'ers?
The training will be led by David Shephard, Chairman and Head of Research and Training for The Performance Partnership. David is a certified Master Trainer of NLP & Time Line TherapyT, an Instructor of Hypnotherapy, and teacher of C21st Magic. More than a decade ago David left his career in Electronics and Information Technology to begin his quest to discover how to enable people to create the life of their dreams. His ferocious curiosity led him to study personal development on many levels, from the purely scientific to the truly magical. He has the ability to take some of the most complex ideas and distill them into a simple system that anyone can learn and use.

How is Coaching Skills for NLP'ers structured?
The training will be structured around classroom tuition and small group exercises. You will practice your new skills and distinctions during the training in small group exercises. Finally you will deliver a full 3 hour coaching session.
